What is Pre-Approval?

ALPHA MORTGAGE ADVANTAGE

Getting pre-approved for a mortgage means you are qualified to borrow a certain amount from a lender to buy a home. There are several advantages to getting pre-approved prior to new home shopping.

For example, when you receive pre-approval from a lender, you will know what your budget is and the homes that fall into your buying range. It also makes you a more attractive buyer, especially in a market where homes are selling fast and there is a lot of competition. Being pre-approved tells the seller you are a serious buyer and there’s less risk of financing falling through. The third advantage of getting pre-approved is that you will close on the house faster. With financing already secure, you will be able to speed up the process.

Alpha Mortgage Advantage is ready to help. By answering just a few simple questions and a credit check, Heather Wilson can provide an estimate of your loan amount, monthly payment, and interest rate. Contact Heather Wilson, today and get started.

What is a VA Loan?

It’s Our Turn To Serve You

Alpha Mortgage Advantage is proud to represent the men and women who serve our country. We offer VA loans for military personnel and their families. VA loans are issued through approved mortgage lenders and are guaranteed by the government through the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). VA home loans allow eligible service members, veterans, and their surviving spouses to buy or refinance a home with little or no down payment. VA loans are generally easier to qualify for than other mortgage programs.

In order to be eligible for a VA loan, you have to be currently or formerly active duty (181 days during peacetime or 90 days during wartime), a National Guard or Reserve member for at least six years, or the spouse of a service member who has died in the line of duty or as a result of a service-connected disability.

Our loan officers are experienced with VA loans and will help you throughout the entire process. Heather Wilson of Alpha Mortgage Advantage is an expert in her field and can help you find the best loan options for you.
